Krassimira Djulgerska graduated from ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ Sofia University in 1996. She has acquired extensive experience as a Legal Adviser at Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency EAD and Marsh Bulgaria OOD. She continues her career development as a Senior Legal Advisor and consequently as a Deputy General Counsel at BTV Media Group EAD. She elaborates and enriches her experience as a Chief Legal Advisor at DDB Sofia OOD. A longtime member of the Board of Directors of Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency EAD and а member of the Supervisory Board of Energo Pro Grid AD.

In the course of her professional career, she works intensively with the State Administration, participates in workshops on the creation and amendment of various laws and in trade negotiations. She knows well the legislative process of elaborating national legislation and its unification with the EU legislation. She has a solid experience in creating internal corporate rules and procedures for Bulgarian and foreign companies operating in Bulgaria and bring them into line with the national legislation. She has worked on various acquisitions and mergers of companies with an international participation, and on compiling the legal documentation related to that.

Specialises in the area of Media Law, Advertising, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law and Insurance Law.

She has specialised in the field of export and financial Insurance at Credit Alliance Experts (CAEX), Paris, France, and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Japan.

She has completed „Leadership Skills for Managers“ training at Dale Carnegie Training, Bulgaria.

A certified mediator.

Speaks English and Russian.
